He is survived by: his wife Clara Philpot; his children, Jeremy Philpot (Cassie), Julia Poe (David) and Jennifer Dutlinger (Ryan); his grandchildren, B. J. Philpot, Chrissy Philpot, Scotty Philpot, Katie Poe, Jimmy Poe, Dylan Dutlinger and Dakota Dutlinger; his great grandchildren, Damion Philpot, Wesley Philpot, Madison Coffey and Maridel Coffey; and his siblings, Jean Smith and Kenneth Philpot (Teresa).
