She was predeceased by: her former husband William T. Stafford; her husband James Perry; her son William Michael Stafford; and her siblings, Cora Ellen Hayes, Catherine Marie Webster, Maeola Richardson and Oral Clay Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Stafford (Kristine), Debra Clements, Gregory A. Stafford (Karol) and Kimberly A. Stafford (Stephen Costello); and her siblings, Thelbert Scott and Gilbert Scott (Shirlene). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
