He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Koch and Lillian C. Koch (Bromm); and his daughter Karen Koch. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann M. Koch (Dragan); his children, Lee Koch and Lisa Mack (William); his grandchildren, Jack Koch, Lauren Koch, Joey Mack and Katie Mack; and his brothers, Paul Koch (Peggy) and Gary Koch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
