He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Burton and Marian Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Elaine Stuart; his children, Kurt Stuart and Kalli Herrington (Tanner); his grandchildren, Katalina, Alana and Harper Herrington; his brother Richard Stuart; his foster daughters, Melissa Bisson (James) and Amber Emerick; and his nieces and nephews, Jhana Powell (Hunter) and Kayla Duvall. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and many dear friends.
