She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack M. and Wanda C.. She is survived by: her husband Michael Thomas Devanney; her children, Col Brian Devanney (Wendy) and Anne Stall (Tom); her brother Jack Smith II (Mary); and her grandchildren, Trinity Devanney and Connor Devanney.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Warren County SPCA or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
