He is survived by: his children, Mike Guthrie (Patti), Chris Guthrie (Traci), Angel Ashmore (David), Denise Harris (Chris) and John Guthrie IV (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Rebecca Allen, Melinda Riddell and Heath Chinn (Laura); his grandchildren, Bryan Guthrie, Madison Guthrie, Josef Bruce, Kayla, Beverly Ashmore, Nick, Avery, Braden, Cameron Harris, John V, Samantha, AJ Guthrie, Annette Holden, Tara Webb (Chris), Mandy and Hayden Chinn; his great grandchildren, Sierra Holden, Tristin and Trey Matherne; his siblings, Dennis Guthrie (Suzanne), Ann Joyner, Gay Sweet and Lynn Doyle; and his sister-in-law Sherry Grooms. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
