It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan L. Elmore of Loveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Elmore; her child Geanie Meadors; her granddaughter Jessica; and her siblings, Roger Heaton and Gerry Heaton (Portia).
She is survived by: her children, Melody Rivera (late Juan), Steven Elmore, Beverly Riley (Ron), Franklin Elmore, Eric Elmore and Frankie Lynn Hill; her grandchildren, Charmaine, Linda, Jeremy, Rebecca, Nestor, Patrick, Rachel, April, Lillian, Billy, Anna and Brianna; and her siblings, George Heaton and Donna Wolfe (Fred).
Donations, in Joan's memory, may be made to the American Heart Association.
