He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joe and Jeff; and his mother Louvadelle. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Collins (Kay); his sons, David and Clinton Collins (Clint); his granddaughters, Olive and Ella Collins; his son-in-law Joseph Rivas (David); his niece Alexandra Hoosier (Big Al); his nephew Cam McClung; his friends, Herb Margolis and Stan Mathews; and his neighbor Doug Pennington. He is also survived by friends and family.
