She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Burkart; and her sister Marty Sue Inglis. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Hannah (Dan Heimbrock) and Sunny Hannah (Larry Morgan); her granddaughters, Katharine Vincent, Elizabeth Hardy and Brit Barbour (Adam); her great grandchildren, Joselyn Vincent, Charlie Barbour and Jack Barbour; and her siblings, Terry Paganelli (Judie), Eileen Spicer (Virgil) and Mary Lou Stidham.
All who wish to honor Jean are encouraged to hang a bird feeder, plant a tree, or make a donation to a group supporting social justice and equality.
