She was predeceased by: her spouse Estil "Red" Gene Belcher; her sister Dorothy Minks; and her parents, Charles William and Pearl Cordelia Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Doughman (Tom), Terry Belcher and Patricia Gamble (Larry); her grandchildren, Tara Chandler (Scott), Sheree Schnelle (Greg), TJ Doughman (Melissa), Corey Doughman and Shylynn Puckett (Benny); her great grandchildren, Mason Muccino, Ashley Schnelle, Sydney Chandler, Quincy Chandler, Scarlett Chandler, Easton Doughman and Gunnar Doughman; and her siblings, Sandra Gantzer (Bob), Harold Bailey and Bob Bailey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
