He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Cook and Waudean Cook; his siblings, Marcia Moore (Gary), Karen Taylor (Hershel), Nancy Cook, Jim Cook (Gloria), Gary Cook (Robyn Nunn) and Cheryl Dierks; and his nephew Eric. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and beloved by his friends.
