She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William "Skip" Vance; her son Eric Barnett; her grandchildren, Wesley Manning, Tyler Manning, Cassie Manning, Bailey Houchen, Alexis Rivera and Vanessa Rivera; and her siblings, Charley Barnett, Dale Barnett, Terry and Glen Barnett. She was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren.
