He is survived by: his sons, Bary Allen of Cincinnati, OH, Gary Allen (Yolanda) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Gregory Allen of Jacksonville, FL.; and his siblings, John P. Allen (Julia) of True, WV, Donald Allen of Stuarts Draft, VA and Audrey Ciriaco (Luis) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
