He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Agnes Antolik and John Antolik; and his siblings, John "Jack" Antolik, Terri Antolik Quashnock and Mary Elizabeth Antolik.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Antolik; his daughters, Cristine Cravens (Matt) and Tawnya Antolik; his grandsons, Benjamin and Nicholas Cravens; his nieces, Sonja Jones, Tina Estabrooks, Nicole Hauser and Laura McKenna; and his siblings-in-law, Charles "Chuck" Quashnock, Richard Nedrow (Carol), Nancy Antolik and Betty Forbes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
Memorial donations may be made in George's name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or HART Animal Rescue .
