He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Sarah Anne Campbell (Michael), Allison Slaby and Cecilia Slaby; his grandson Leland Campbell; his parents, Patricia Slaby and J. Allen Slaby; and his siblings, Pamela Selawski (Mark), Jeffrey Slaby (Amy) and Janet Sargent (Steve).
