She was predeceased by: her spouse Delmas Fields; and her siblings, Garvis Dick, Iva Hines, Eva McFarland and Enos Dick.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Hines and Myra Lynn Kroeger (Donald); her grandchild Shannon Meadows (Jared); her great grandchildren, Sophia Faye and Isaac Quincy Meadows; and her sisters, Stella Atkinson, Geneva Irvine and Ruth Wesley.
