She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Snell and Joyce A. Hoeffler; and her husband Pastor Robert L. Kiser. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff and Tom Garten; her siblings, Marilyn Lovitt, Edward Snell, Becky Bitzer, Ronald Hoeffler, Mary Schnitzler and Elaine Celenza; and her grandchildren, Jesse Garten, Cindy Garten, Wesley Garten, Gina Liette, Abe Sahli, Sarah Fox, Thoria Lehman, Michelle Murphy, Eric Garten and Lauren Garten. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
