She was predeceased by: her father Robert Thomas "Skip" Hardwick; and her stepfather Phil Purkiser. She is survived by: her mother Judy Ann Purkiser; her husband Kevin Benton; her children, Christopher Michael Collins and Anne Nicole Collins (Rob Wendel); her grandchildren, Phoenix Collins, Olivia Collins, Gabriel Collins, Elizabeth Anne Wendel and Jamison Michael Wendel; her sisters, Pam Wallace (Jack) and Jill Hardwick; her stepbrothers, Phil Purkiser Jr. and Andy Purkiser; her mother-in-law Jane Benton; and her sister-in-law Brenda Benton Maute. She is also survived by numerous relatives and many dear friends.
