He is survived by: his mother Betty Warfield; his wife Denise Warfield; his children, David Glenn Warfield Jr., Danielle Warfield and Dillon Warfield; his brother Danny Ray Warfield (Pamela); his nieces and nephews, Benjamin Warfield, Heather Weaver, Kristie Fout, Laura Warfield, Lucy Clary, Bruce Warfield Jr., Katrina Warfield and Amy Gerwe; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Benjamin Jr., Savannah, Braden, Keith, Rebecca, Harli, Wyatt, Harold, Alexandra, Sam, Adam, Delilah, Connor and Caleb; and also, Holland and Wesley.
