He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Lewis; and his siblings, Donald Richard Lewis and Patricia Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Lewis and Donna Lewis; his grandchild Meghan Courtney (Jason); his great grandchild Aubrey Courtney; and his nephews, Jason Lack (Barby) and Aaron Lack (Bea).
