She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur D. Harris and Catherine Hartley Harris; her husband Richard G. Powell; her sons, Arthur Dean Powell and Robert Brian Powell; and her sister Dena Burton.
She is survived by: her son Richard Powell (Sarah); and her granddaughter Michelle Powell. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
