She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles L. Smith, Sr.; her children, Chuck Smith (Jane), Todd Smith (Anna) and Amy Breitfelder (Russ); her grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Rebekah Finks (Bobby), Jordan Smith (Nneka), Evan, Toria, Jaiden, Rylan and Justin Breitfelder; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Samuel, Tristan, Garrett, Cora, Aizen and Eren; and her siblings, Richard Leever, Maynard Leever, Gene Leever, Anna Leming, Dorothy Jane Flaherty and Robert Leever.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ruth may be directed to Loveland United Methodist Church.
