She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Lucas and Vina Hensley Lucas of Thornton, KY; her husband Tom Trauss; her niece Brooke (Charlie) Sturgill; her siblings, Joella Lucas Hogg of Thornton, KY and Stanley Lucas of Thornton, KY; her siblings-in-law, Letcher Asher of Louisville, KY and Christy (Don) Mulhall; her nephews, Nathan Banks of Thornton, KY, Alexander Mulhall of Frankfort, KY, Kenneth Asher of Durango, CO and Kevin Asher of Las Vegas, NV; her niece Deanna Lauer (Greg); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Myah, Makynnah Banks of Thornton, KY, Corinne Asher of Cincinnati, OH, Caleb Sturgill of Thornton, KY and Griffin Asher of Phoenix, AZ; and her siblings, Loveta Lucas Asher, Steve Lucas and Sanford Lucas.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
