She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Howd II; her grandson Brian Howd; and her brother Charles Phipps. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Bateman, Virginia Howd, Michael Howd (Jane), Stephen Howd (late Terri) and Charles Howd II (Jenny); her grandchildren, Cindy Hermecz (Eric), Katie Holden (Aaron), Matthew Howd, Nikki Cox (Chris), Betsy Howd, Stephanie Howd, Darla Bateman and Donald Bateman; her great grandchildren, Destiny, Zack, Kyle, Justin, Hunter, Evan, Jackson, Olivia, Kylie, Mallory, Alec and Aylia; and her siblings, Ellafaye Snead, Bonnie Trammell, Brenda Jo Hamilton, Louise Quarles, Alma Martin and Billy Phipps.
