The memory of Allen C. Wernke of Loveland, Ohio, who passed away on November 7, 2024 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul B. Wernke and Marian Wernke; and his nieces, Hannah, Jessica and Stephanie Wernke.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Patti Endres (Derek), Brian Wernke (Tori) and Karen Wernke; his grandchildren, Olivia, Zack, Sam and Emma; his siblings, Paul Wernke (Diane), Bruce Wernke (Jeanine), Dan Wernke (Jessica), Glenn Wernke (Lynley), Mike Wernke (Beth) and Theresa Chumley (Mark); his parents-in-law, Frank and Patricia Bachman; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Bachman (Joy), Frank Bachman and Laura Christy (Eric). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Loveland Chapel (129 Riverside Dr, Loveland, OH 45140). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Columban Catholic Church (894 Oakland Rd, Loveland, OH 45140).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either The Pray-Hope-Believe Foundation (https://prayhopebelieve.org) or The Ohio State University James Cancer Research Center.
