She was predeceased by: her son Robert "Bobby" Smith; her parents, Henry J. Holtke and Natalie M. Holtke; her sisters, Joan Bryant (Bill), Dorothy DeBord (Jerry) and Carol Kincaid (George); and her siblings-in-law, Douglas Smith (Linda), Barney Hizar and Russell Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Smith; her children, Greg Smith (Marlene), Rita Meyer (Steve) and Glenn Smith (Beth); her grandchildren, Andrew Meyer (Sara), David Smith, Eric Riggs (Melody), Kristin Miller, Megan Ellis (Drew), Daniel Meyer (Raquel), Robbie Smith, Nathan Meyer and Nicki Philpot (Travis); her sisters-in-law, Joyce Stevens (Ted), Mary Lou Smith and Janis Smith; and her daughter Agnes.
