He is survived by: his wife Verna Jeanne Yoak; his daughter Michelle O'Connor (Fred); his stepdaughter Lisa Smith (Bob); his siblings, Hazel, Dan, Rod and David; and his granddaughter Brandi. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
