He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Jeter and Carrie Jeter (Burns); and his siblings, Loretha Daniels, Gloria Jeter, Grady Jeter, LeRoy "Buck" Jeter, Harvey Jeter, Louis Jeter, Paul Jeter and Sam Jeter.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Allen of Canton, Calvin Jeter (Doris) of Olean and Steven Jeter of Niagara Falls; his sister Kimberly Jeter of Canton; and his niece Carol Jeter-Watson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces; nephews; cousins; family members; and friends.
