He was predeceased by: his brother Ned Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Leanna Foltz (Saunier); his children, William Foltz Jr. (Eva) of Canton, Michael Foltz (Lori) of Uniontown, Phillip Foltz (Michelle) of Clarksville and Melissa Ellsworth (Troy) of Alliance; and his sister Sally Grella of Canton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
