He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Meadows and Ina Meadows (Prosser); and his siblings, Thelma McAndrew, Raymond and Ralph Meadows.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann (Marks); his sons, Rodney (Susie), Bob (Lori) and Keith (Lynda); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Jaclyn, Nicholas and Mark.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Paradise United Church of Christ and Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care.
