She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Winemiller and Lois Winemiller. She is survived by: her husband Bobby; her daughters, Lois Mayle (Clint) and Mary Howard (Chris Jawalka); her grandchildren, Christopher Mayle, Marissa Deck (Nick), Jordan Mayle, Nadia Jawalka and Josselin Jawalka; and her brothers, Charles Winemiller and Mark Winemiller. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
