He was predeceased by: his brother Roger; and his sister-in-law Shirley Zwick. He is survived by: his wife Jan Zwick (Kuntz); and his children, Duane Zwick (Pam) of Ocala, FL. and Debbie Zwick of Louisville.

Donations may be made in his name to Stark County Humane Society.
