We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2024, at the age of 85, Robert M. Isla (Louisville, Ohio), born in Canton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Nativa (Balcarcel); his siblings, Olga (Rosati) and Raymond Jr.; his grandson Nicholas Isla; and his great grandchild Isaiah Isla.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Isla (Hamilton); his children, Michael (Lorrie), Dennis, Stephanie and Shawn (Sarah); his stepchildren, John Byrd (Karen), David Byrd (Chris) and Cathy Harris (Shayne); and his sister-in-law Nancy Isla. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home (303 S Chapel St #1, Louisville, OH 44641). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of Saint John the Baptist (627 McKinley Ave NW, Canton, OH 44703).
