He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Kemp and Carrie Kemp (Paden); his former wife Joan Kemp; his granddaughter Nancy Kemp; and his sisters, June Millard, Sally Stephens and Alice Wehr.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kemp; his children, Sonia Zetzer (Tom), Michael Kemp (Holly) and Allen Kemp (Bev); his stepsons, Doug Reed, Dan Reed (Stacey) and Nathan Reed; and his grandchildren, Racheal, Joe Zetzer, Ryan Kemp, MaKenna, Ava, Lauren Kemp, Codey Reed, Jacob and Luke Reed. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and many special nieces, nephews and brother and sister-in-laws.
