He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ramsey and Carrie Ramsey; his grandson Mitchell Paul Ramsey; and his brothers, David, Merrill and Robert Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Catherine Ramsey (Hyndman); his children, Carrie Skolosh (Joe), William (Debra), Thomas (Beth), Joseph and Gary Ramsey (Janese); and his sister-in-law Georgia Ramsey. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
