She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Zumbrunn and Elizabeth Zumbrunn (Tanzie); her husband Millard C. DeHoff; and her siblings, Robert Zumbrunn and Karen Shriner.

She is survived by: her daughter Melodie Lare (Nicholas); and her grandchildren, Haylee, Emma and Wyatt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Louisville Christian Church.
