She was predeceased by: her parents, Fira Rotar and Alexander Rotar; her husband Daniel Cseak III; her son Daniel Cseak IV; and her siblings, Victor, George, Alexander, Lawrence, Charles, Daniel, Sarah Mitchell and Victoria Garofalo.

She is survived by: her daughters, Natalie Rauschenbach (Ron) of Firth and Carie Greene (Gary) of Louisville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Keith Cseak of Stow, Ohio, Jeff Cseak (Sherry) of Canton, Angie Cseak of Canton, Ohio, Nathaniel Greene of Mount Vernon, Ohio, Casey Greene of Missoula, Montana, Chelsey Elsey (Timothy) of Green, Ohio, Garyn Greene of Columbus and Daniel Cseak V of Somerville, Maine; and her great grandchildren, Kara Cseak, Kai Cseak, Tula Dankovchik-Greene, Markus Elsey, Selway Scoles-Greene, Carigan Elsey and Julius Elsey.
