He was predeceased by: his father Donald G. Horn; and his brother Timothy D. Horn. He is survived by: his mother Judith A. Horn (Donald Depasquale); his sister Karen A. Horn-Petroli; his children, Kristina R. Horn and Daniel G. Horn; his grandchildren, Dexter, Deacon, Braxtyn and Benjamyn Horn; his stepsons, Michael and Tony Krowchak; and his brother-in-law Joseph Hiles.
