We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Lucille Maurer of Louisville, Ohio, born in Orrville, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Martin and Edith Martin; her husband Clayton; and her son Edward. She is survived by: her daughter Carole Hallman (Duane); her grandsons, Marc Hallman (Juli) and Matt Hallman (Trish); her great grandchildren, Skylar, Aaron, Micah, Ethan and Halle; and her daughter-in-law Fran Maurer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beech Mennonite Church or Aultman Compassionate Care.

“I am sorry to say good bye to my very special friend Lucille; however, I know she is now in safe hands with no more pain. Lucille and I had lots of great times together. My favorite time was when we drove to Wheeling, WV to Oglebay. Since I live in Michigan, Lucille and I would talk on the phone often and when I could I would visit her often staying for a few days. Lucille helped so many people and was a great role model for living out her faith. My life is blessed to have known Lucille.”
