He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis C. Duplain and Madaline Duplain (McGinnis); and his brother-in-law Jim McAfee. He is survived by: his wife Polly Duplain; his sons, Louis "Chuck" Duplain II (Becky) and Dan Duplain (Jina); his siblings, Cheryl Stoiber (Fran), Becky Crawford, Debbie Dimmerling (Rodney), Dick (Rosie) and Ronnie Duplain (Genetta); his grandchildren, Trey, Chad (Matthew), Amelia (Kalie) and Daniel; and his sister-in-law Ailene McAfee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stier-Israel Funeral Home (917 E Main St, Louisville, OH 44641). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
