She was predeceased by: her father Harry King; her husband George Proffitt; her sister Charlene King; and her grandson Darin Daniels. She is survived by: her children, Diane Daniels (Richard), Lori Proffitt, Jeffrey Proffitt (Denise) and Kevin Proffitt; her siblings, Marian Stertzbach, Wayne (Carol), Merle (Shirley) and David King; her grandchildren, Daphne Daniels (Long Vu Ho) and Christopher Daniels; and her great grandchild Leo Daniels. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church in East Canton, OH.
