He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wise and Roberta Wise. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Wise; his children, Jon Wise (Kris) and Wendy Haskell; the mother of his children Maxine Wise; his stepchildren, Amber Best and Shane Best (AJ); and his sister Patty Richardson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Boys Village.
