She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Zwick (Huck); her husband Gregory T. Bolanz; her sons, Tyler Bolanz (Amanda) and Grant Bolanz (Avery); and her grandchildren, Evangeline and Thomas Bolanz.
She is survived by: her father James Zwick; and her siblings, Teresa Baker (Scott), Rita Burchett (Steve), Tony Zwick (Jen), Tim Zwick (Kathy) and Nancy Semrau (Ryan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Louis Parish (300 N Chapel St, Louisville, OH 44641).
