She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Buchtel and Ruby Buchtel (Youtz); her husband Paul Starkey; her daughter Cheryl Fockler; and her grandson Kyle Starkey.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry (Monica) and Bob Starkey (Karen); her siblings, Joyce Shisler and Mark Buchtel (Betsy); and her grandchildren, Michael, Andrew of Ryan, TJ, Jen (Pat), Alex, Kurt and Allison.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stier-Israel Funeral Home (917 E Main St, Louisville, OH 44641). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Louisville Little Leopards or Paris Israel Church.
