It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John C. Hoffman (Louisville, Ohio), who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Hoffman and Mozetta Hoffman (Duplain); and his brothers, Art, Jay, Carl Jr., Gene, Bob, Kenny and Ron.
He is survived by: his brothers, Gary and Pat (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 no memorial service is planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
