He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank and Barbara Kirby. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Zwick; his mother Cheryl A. Jamison; his daughter Alison Kirby; and his brothers, David and Michael Haas. He is also survived by aunt and uncle, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
