She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her parents, George Couts and Ethel Couts; and her son Bruce R. Meadows. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Meadows of Louisville, OH and Lee Meadows (Darlene) of Malvern, OH; her grandchildren, Beth Ann Salter (Don) of Burlington, WA, Ted Meadows (Stephanie) of Helena, MT, Andrew Meadows (Kristin) of Minerva, OH and Emily Meadows of Malvern, OH; and her great grandchildren, Anne, Nathanial Meadows of Helena, MT, Corwin and Ozwald Meadows of Minerva, OH..
