He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Jervis and Lena Jervis (Grigsby). He is survived by: his wife Frances Jervis (Lanzi); his daughter Rachel Baker (Tom); his grandchildren, Thomas and Marie Baker; and his pets, Luna and Dozer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Summit Choral Society Youth Programming or Akron Children's Hospital.
