He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Burgett and Martha Burgett. He is survived by: his friends, Herb and Paula; his wife Dana (Williamson); his daughters, Terri Moran (Daryl) and Beth Bates (Larry); his grandchildren, Alyssa Dawson (Jarrod), Jarrod Moran, Alexa Allison (Noah) and Alivia Bates; his brothers, Keith Burgett (Judy), Bruce Burgett and Wesley Burgett (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Williamson (Patty), Bill Williamson (Hazel) and Carol Boker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and their children.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Aultman Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
