With solemn reverence, we commemorate Evelyn G. Moore of Louisville, Ohio, whose life came to an end on January 14, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Evelyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Evelyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Wentz and Edna Wentz (Anderson); her husband Harry L. Moore; and her son Gary Moore. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey (Cynthia), Randy Moore (Stephanie) and Lisa Moore. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Stier-Israel Funeral Home (917 E Main St, Louisville, OH 44641). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canton Baptist Temple Memorial Fund.

“I will not be able to attend because of work, but I remember Evelyn and Lisa fondly. Lisa and I attended Sunday School classes and Louisville schools together when we were teenagers. I remember Evelyn as a gracious, quiet, and peaceful influence inside her home and out. She loved Jesus in her own quiet way and reflected His love to us kids.
